How to make homemade tiramisu dessert
Homemade tiramisu has different types depending on your taste. The main base of most types of tiramisu is the same and they differ only in some side ingredients. Also, some recipes use eggs and others are prepared without eggs. In this preparation method, we have told you all the optional and mandatory items so that you can make this dessert as you wish.
Ingredients for making homemade tiramisu

First, break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites and pour each one into separate bowls and beat the yolks well with an electric mixer until they have volume and become creamy.
Then add sugar to it and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved in it, then add the mascarpone cheese and mix well until the ingredients are uniform. Pour the cream into a bowl and stir well until it thickens.
The cream should be stirred in such a way that if you turn the bowl containing the cream over, the cream does not fall out and stays in the bowl. Then add the whipped cream to the other ingredients and mix well.
Then beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until they become completely white and fluffy, then add them to the other ingredients (like whipped cream, it becomes thick and stiff) and mix all the ingredients well with a whisk. until they are completely mixed.
Prepare the espresso and let it cool. Then put it in a bowl like a big bowl and put as many lady finger biscuits as will fit in the coffee pot (2-3 pieces).
Then turn the biscuits over until they are completely coated with coffee and take them out quickly and arrange them in a rectangular Pyrex container so that the bottom of the Pyrex is completely covered with biscuits.
Then pour half of the prepared ingredients on the biscuits little by little to cover them completely and sift some cocoa powder on them and put the second layer again and dip the biscuits in espresso coffee.
Then put them in a container and cover them with cream and again sift the cream with cocoa powder and cover it so that the tiramisu becomes more beautiful and fragrant, and you can cover it with cellophane and put it in the refrigerator for at least Rest for 6 hours.
If you have enough time and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours, you’ll have a wonderfully firmer tiramisu when you cut it. Take out the prepared tiramisu from the refrigerator, cut it and place it on a plate and enjoy.
Homemade tiramisu with banana
How to prepare tiramisu dessert with banana is not much different from plain tiramisu. All its steps are the same and differ only in one step. Add the bananas only when you are arranging the ingredients and making the layers of your tiramisu.
After dipping the biscuits into the coffee and spreading the cream cheese mixture on top, place the thin banana rings on top of the cream and fill the entire surface. The number of pieces and abundance of bananas will also depend on your own taste.
